Most of our customers are visitors to Japan and they often ask us for recommendations. Since we are located in the heart of Shinjuku, (which is the biggest station in the world by the way!) we often recommend places to see in our neighborhood. One of must-visit places is the Samurai Museum located in Kabukicho.
It is open from 10:30 until 21:00 and you only need about an hour to fully enjoy your samurai experience. You can try on helmets and samurai armor and take cool souvenir photos. If you’re feeling extra adventurous, you can book a Samurai Calligraphy Lesson or a Japanese Sword Course for an extra fee of 5000 yen.
It’s about 8 minute walk from Shinjuku Station and about 10 minute walk from our studio!
